I handcraft all of my own knives. The steel itself is ground from high performance bar stock and heat treated by a recognized industry leader.

Steel:
  • Crucible CPM154
  • other high performance blade steels
Handle materials:
  • G10
  • Carbon Fiber
  • Exotic Woods
Titanium, Damascus, and other materials are available upon request. Handles are pinned with stainless pins and titanium lanyard tubes after an industrial anaerobic adhesive is applied. On some models stainless steel screws are used in lieu of pins.
Sheaths:
Kydex with screws instead of rivets for ease of takedown and cleaning. Leather is available but most often is outsourced to some of the finest makers in the industry. Time frames may vary when leather is requested.
Folder parts:
All folder machining, part fabrication, and assembly is done in house. I do this to keep quality control at the highest level possible. Also this enables me to choose the best suited materials for the part. This also enables the ability to create parts for folders that are much stronger than parts you may find in a production knife.
Heat Treating:
  • Paul Bos Heat Treating (double tempered with cryogenic quench.)
